  • How do you ship your products?

    Currently, I ship all my products untracked via USPS. I’m working on setting up tracked shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Shipping times can vary based on your location. Typically, orders within the United States take 5-10 business days to arrive. International shipping times may vary.

  • Can I get tracking information for my order?

    At the moment, I don't offer tracked shipping. However, I’m working on providing this option soon. Keep an eye out for updates on my website and social media!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, I do ship internationally! Please note that international shipping times and costs can vary.

  • Can I return a product if I don't like it?

    I do not accept returns at this time. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me if you have any issues.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, I’m happy to replace it. Please provide proof of the damage (a photo will do) and contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • How do I request a replacement for a damaged item?

    To request a replacement, please contact me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    At this time, I do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me, and I will do my best to resolve it.
